Our residual oxygen measuring device OXY HP 2.0.

The OXY can display a measuring range of 5 - 999 ppm and removes the oxygen content from the inside of the pipe so that the weld seams have the desired colour and quality. The value desired by the customer can be set in advance - our OXY then works automatically until this limit value is reached, it is suitable for inert gases and gases with hydrogen contents up to max. 10%, forming plugs (also available from us) close the pipe for this process. During the forming process of the inside of the pipe, the weld seam with the desired residual oxygen content (PPM) is given. Our OXY can be coupled to our orbital welding machines, so that the desired value can be set there - the rest runs as if by itself and completely automatically. The orbital welding process then starts automatically and will be safed in the welding documentation.
